For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) .


For a Go TO MARKET Sign-Off our client needs to create seamless retail toolkits (presentations) & assets. 

Next to this our client needs to create a “in-store” experience in a Podium (showroom) with a launch zone and retail tools. 

The project has the purpose to create a strong and impactful Sell-In Toolkit for Go-To-Market Sign-Off FW25 from a retail and digital perspective.



  • Oversee creation and delivery of GO TO MARKET Sign-Off the Retail & Digital Toolkit and Podium Experience setup
  • Develop and manage project timelines and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies’ strategy and creative development
  • Provide feedback on creative proposals and ensure alignment with the customers guidelines
  • Ensure production deliverables meet strategy and quality standards
  • Create and organize seamless retail and digital presentations
  • Coordinate on-ground setup of Podium rooms following health and safety guidelines


  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
  • Experience managing creative and production processes
  • Familiarity with retail and digital marketing strategies


 Contract data:

  • Location: 70% remote / 30 % onsite in Germany
  • Start: asap
  • Contract period: until 30.09.2024 (extension is possible)
  • Workload: around 450 hours (extension is possible)
